Membership Information

General Information

Membership in the Johnson County Genealogical Society and Library, Inc., is open to all who are interested in genealogy and share the society's objectives. Annual membership dues are listed below. Dues are payable January 1st. Members joining after July 1st have the option of paying one-half the annual rate for the year in which they join.

Each membership will receive one copy of each issue of the Johnson County Kansas Genealogist which is published quarterly. Half-year memberships will receive only the September and December issues. In order to receive all quarterlies by mail, dues must be paid by March 1st for the full year, or September 1st for the half year. Back issues of the quarterly will be available for pick-up at regular mettings or by special arrangement. Articles, queries, or other contributions from members are encouraged.

Membership cards are issued upon request. To receive one include a self-addressed stamped envelope when paying your dues by mail or request a card at the next meeting.
